Mr. McKenzie strives to awaken the enthusiastic, curious child that sleeps within us. He is captivated by fossils, meteorites, gemstones and wants to discover and convey the messages hidden in the rocks. Examination of actual moon rocks, fossil skulls and meteorites is a large part of his teaching, as is student research on interesting topics in geology/ paleontology.
