Jones offers over 25 years of diverse professional experience ranging in sectors and geographies with a focus on intelligence, security, business operations, incident management, organizational development, and social impact programming. Jones鈥 career has been shaped by experiences within technology and e-commerce (Amazon), media and entertainment (Sony), hospitality (Airbnb), and energy (Southern California Edison). Additional roles within higher education, nonprofit, military (United States Air Force), and Federal (Department of Homeland Security) service round out their professional history.
Jones enjoys focusing on next generation innovation, value-based change management, and organizational transformation for leaders and groups evolving to exceed customer expectations. They have significant experience addressing enterprise-wide and community-based crisis planning and response incidents. Additionally, Jones聽has led corporate business forecasting initiatives, diversity and equity programming, operational effectiveness, risk and crisis management, and strategic planning for teams and organizations of various sizes.
